Razavi Mining and Mining Industries Company was formed in December 1401 as a result of the merger of Razavi Construction and Development Institute, Razavi Quds Concrete and Machine Company and Razavi Quds Mining Company. This merger is in line with the macro-policies of Astan Quds Razavi based on reviewing the overall layout of the covered units and their multiplicity and diversity, as well as the participation strategy was agreed upon by the managers of the Endowment Productivity Foundation.
Razavi Construction and Development Institute in 1371, Razavi Quds Concrete and Machine Company in 1376, and Razavi Quds Mining Company in 1376 were registered in the Companies Registration Office. The activities of Razavi Mining and Construction Company, resulting from the consolidation of the activities of these three groups, are:
Consulting and contracting in construction projects,
exploration, extraction and exploitation of mines,
Production of construction products (currently hebelx, concrete, concrete parts and sand materials)
and trading of the company’s products and other materials (including hardware)
and brokerage for the operation of commercial and residential complexes (currently 17 Astan Quds markets and Qasr al-Diafe residential complex)
In line with the subject of its activities, this company invests and participates and defines research and development projects.
